I was going to post a photo of the awesome new boots I bought today but apparently my browser won't allow it. But you should see them. They're so great. I saw them, tried them on, and bought them. All within half an hour. I never do that. Usually I hem and haw and think about it for a few days and then decide not to splurge on something so impractical. But today I didn't. I just bought them.

my boots are just pretty and may end up breaking both my ankles.
We should go for a walk, you and I in our new boots. We can walk slowly and hold each other's arms like old ladies. My heels must be 3 inches high! My feet felt stiff on Monday because I wore them on Sunday. Oh frivolity! No more sensible footwear for me!
