Ahhhh... there's nothing that wakes you up better than rubbing an itchy nose in your half-sleep at just the right angle that it causes the pointy part of your nose stud to jab into your nostril.

Although, the run to the washroom as blood drips out of said nostril is an eye opener, too. And good calesthenics first thing in the morning.
